Flight Claimer is an independent introducer of business for Flight Delay Compensation Specialists (“The Company”) such as UAB Skycop.com and their service partners who assist any traveller ("the Client") who wishes to obtain compensation from an airline when carriage did not take place (Denied boarding) or when the services provided were below accepted standards (Long Delay or Cancellation).
Flight Claimer is not affiliated with any flight operating carrier (airline) and we may receive a referral fee from introductions made. Our Flightclaimer.com website is free to use and you are under no obligation to proceed with any claims check for eligible compensation made through our site.
If the Client wishes to proceed with a submitted and eligible claim through Flightclaimer.com, the Client may instruct the Flight Delay Compensation Specialists to pursue the Claim against the flight operating carrier (airline) to recover the Flight Compensation on his/her behalf.
The Flight Delay Compensation Specialists will pursue the Claim free of charge (on a no-win, no-fee basis) and does not charge anything if the Flight Compensation is not recovered from the flight operating carrier (airline).
The contract and conditions therein constitute a retainer between the Company and the Client. The Company acts in the name and for the account of the Client who retains the Company to represent him or her in the proceedings described therein.
If the Claim is successful and the Flight Compensation received, the Flight Delay Compensation Specialists will deduct their agreed amount from the Flight Compensation paid by the airline.
If a settlement agreement with the airline is not reached or in other cases, when the Flight Compensation recovery process would be more effective and (or) quicker, the Flight Compensation Specialists may initiate Legal Proceedings and may be entitled to increased remuneration in order to cover additional costs of the Legal Proceedings (e.g. court fees, translation costs, attorney fees, administrative costs). VAT may be applicable depending on jurisdiction and according to the law.
Flight Claimer reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove or cease to supply any product or service contained on this website. In the event that such removal takes place we shall not be liable to you in any way whatsoever for such removal.
